An 85.75-point washed Castillo from Sandra Vallejo in Santuario, Risalda. Grown at 1,850 - 1,950 masl and fermented aerobically for 12 hours before mechanical drying. A beautifully produced specialty coffee with notes of caramel, white chocolate, floral and nutty.
